New rugged tablet PC from CMC: JLT8404

CMC just announced the release of it's newest rugged tablet PC, JLT84004. The new rugged tablet PC was designed and developed for workers that need such a computer with a full screen and a long battery life, as well as good embedded communications.

jlt8404 rugged tablet pc JLT8404 features integrated Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G/GPRS GPS,embedded antenna for a good protection. JLT8404 rugged tablet has a 8.4" sun readable touch-screen and a high sensitivity GPS module from Qinetiq.

The hot swappable battery allows extended periods of operation and a choice of rugged hard disk or flash disk provide data storage capabilities to suit every cmc rugged tablet pc requirement. And of course the whole package is sealed to IP65, rated from -20C to +50C and tested for multiple drops from 1.2mts to ensure it will carry on working whatever you do, wherever you are!

Also a docking station is available for car integration.
