Psion Teklogix and Ekahau partners in order to equip handheld terminals with real time location technology

Psion Teklogix and Ekahau Inc. announced a partnership in order to provide handheld rugged systems with real time location technology. Ekahau is well known for providing high quality Wi-Fi Real Time Location technology.

The two companies togeter will make better rugged handheld terminal, since Psion Teklogix owns and builds a strong line of rugged handheld devices.

Ekahau RTLS can locate Wi-Fi-enabled devices, such as rugged laptops, handheld devices, notebooks, etc.

Typical supply services for RTLS are locating parts, containers, vehicles, trailers, fixed assets and Ekahau provides these services inddor and outdoor.

The agreement allows Psion Teklogix to embed Ekahau’s RTLS technology into Psion Teklogix’ WORKABOUT PRO and 7535 handheld devices for use in the automotive sector as well as other industries.
