New Motorola rugged laptops

On 20 March 2007, Motorola, Inc. announced the release of two new rugged laptops, ML910 Rugged Notebook and the MW810 Mobile Workstation.

ML910 Rugged Notebook

ML910 Rugged Notebook is powered by an Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz processor, an ATI Radeon X1400 GPU with 128 MB of dedicated graphics memory and a video capturing card.

This rugged laptop has Bluetooth, Wirelese LAN (local area network), WAN (wide area network) and GPS.

Also, ML910 Rugged Notebook has a special heating mechanism that assurest that the hard disk will start even in the most difficult and cold temperature conditions. Also has a special set of sensors that monitors the state of the device.

 

MW810 Mobile Workstation

MW810 Mobile Workstation is dedicated to providing great connectivity. It is build having 3 separate pieces, display, CPU and keyboards, feature that puts it above most it's competitors. Motorola rugged notebook MW810 features an internal GPS mechanism and has the possibility of adding an optional Dead Reckoning GPS module.
