Laptop memory (RAM) requirements

You should ask yourself what you want to do with your laptop. If you use your laptop computer for “usual” tasks, probably 256 M will be just fine.

However, if you intend to use memory consumer applications,put some more memory into your laptop, you’ll soon feel the need if you don’t.

The same thing if you intend to run a lot of multimedia presentation on your laptop computer.

However, think about this, because upgrading the laptop memory (RAM) it will not be a cheap task, so you should better buy a laptop with enough memory to do the job instead of adding some more later.
